5th Annual March for Babies – Central PA, taking place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at City Island. Registration and activities begin at 9:00 AM, featuring the Harrisburg High School Cheerleaders, the Harrisburg Fire Department, and fun Kid Zone activities for all to enjoy, and the walk starts at 10:30 AM. Bring your friends, family, and team spirit as we come together for a powerful cause and help give every baby the best possible start in life.
