Hysterical survival adventure-gone-wrong where you play the wilderness. Journey into the wilderness of Alaska to meet Larry, a burnt-out businessman who is risking his life to make it big on YouTube as a survivalist. Watch as Larry slowly unravels as everything he tries to do – whether it’s hunting for a moose or building a fire – goes haywire. But you won’t merely be watching; from the moment you enter the theater, you become part of the wilderness. It’s a hilarious, interactive, emotional rollercoaster unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before!
The show premiered at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in June to sold-out audiences, where audiences called it “a masterpiece,” and “one of a kind.”
Written by and starring Mark Vigeant, an energetic, joyful, and silly physical comedian based in Los Angeles. This is Mark’s third trip to the Harrisburg Fringe Festival. He performed his deeply personal solo show “Mark Pleases You” in 2023 after winning Best of the Fest at the San Diego Fringe, as well as the Hollywood Producer’s Encore Award at the Hollywood Fringe that same year. Last year he brought his critically-acclaimed solo show “The Best Man Show” after winning Best Comedy at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Both shows toured the world, including at Edinburgh Fringe. All three were directed by Joanna Simmons, a writer/director from New York, whose work has been performed across the globe.
