The World's Largest Multi-Event Ninja Competition

The world's largest multi-event Ninja competition takes place in Harrisburg, PA this summer! More than 2,000 athletes from 41 states and 21 countries are expected to test their skills against a variety of obstacles, courses, and each other. Obstacle racing is gaining international momentum and will debut as part of the modern pentathlon at the 2028 Summer Olympics, so this is a great opportunity to watch some of the best athletes in the world or try the sport yourself.

Think you have what it takes to be a ninja obstacle course champion or just want to try it out? The Ultimate OCR 3k is open to ages 7+, from beginner to elite competitors. The competition blends three kilometers of running with over 20 obstacle challenges, combining ninja-style elements like rings and monkey bars with traditional obstacle course racing features such as walls and rope climbs.
