July 4th Food Truck Festival

On Friday, July 4, 2025, the City of Harrisburg will host the July 4th Food Truck Festival at Riverfront Park from 12-7pm. Enjoy 40+ food trucks, live music, a wine/beer garden, roller skating, line dancing, kids’ activities, a petting zoo, and more. Then head to FNB Field for the Harrisburg Senators game at 7pm, followed by fireworks.

Several live bands will perform throughout the day at the main Stage. See the schedule below:

 

Food Trucks

The festival will feature over 45 food trucks, including stuffed waffles, dumplings, cheesesteaks, gyros, hibachi, tacos, pizza, fried chicken sandwiches, crab cakes and more. Festival favorites such as funnel cakes, sausages, and Farm Show Milkshakes will also be available!

Beer & Wine Garden

Indulge in a delightful selection of local wines, refreshing wine slushies, and craft beers provided by a variety of esteemed vineyards and breweries, all the while enjoying beautiful views of the Susquehanna River.

Participating businesses include, Boneshire Brewing, J&P Winery, H2 Creamery, Retsul Freshly Crafted Wine by Ambrella, The Winery at Hunters Valley & ZeroDay Brewing

Family Fun

There will be plenty of FREE family fun for the whole family! In addition to the festival staples like face painting, balloon animals and a petting zoo, there will be a roller skating (skates provided) on a nearly 100ft long portable rink between North and Liberty Streets (alone the festival path)

But the excitement doesn't end there! Take a short trip to nearby City Island, where you can embark on a thrilling railroad ride or test your putting skills with a round of mini golf. There's no shortage of enjoyment for the whole family!

Parking & Transit

FREE metered street parking for the holiday, $5 parking on City Island, $10 parking from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. at the Market Square Garage courtesy of Park Harrisburg

Free bike parking at Walnut & Front Street courtesy of Recycle Bicycle. The train station is a short 3 block walk away.
