5 New Food Trucks to Check Out this July 4th!

48 food trucks from across the region will soon be lined up along Riverfront Park for the City of Harrisburg's July 4th Food Truck Festival. Sample a wide variety of bites including stuffed waffles, homemade pierogies, seafood, specialty burgers, Indian cuisine, churros, and much more. The event runs from 1-9pm on July 4th and is free admission, just pay for food as you go. 

There will also be a beer and wine garden, live bands, free kids activities, and vendors to shop. The event concludes with the PHFA fireworks display above the Susquehanna River at 9:15pm.

Below are 5 food trucks making their City of Harrisburg debut that we can't wait to try.

1. Randevoo

Joining us from the Lehigh Valley, this truck puts a twist on traditional Asian inspired cuisine. Come ready to sample goat cheese & basil wontons, a variety of steamed buns, sushi tempura, and sweet chili glazed wings. They offer several vegetarian and vegan options. Learn more about this truck.

2. Harvest Corn Company

Nothing says summer like fresh corn on the cob! Harvest Corn Company from Schuylkill County will offer this beloved summer snack in its traditional slow roasted buttery form or as Mexican Street Corn. Learn more about this truck.

3. Health Check Juice Bar

Joining us from Lebanon, this truck is all about fruit and freshness. They offer a variety of acai and smoothie bowls with toppings and fresh pressed juices. Learn more about this truck.

4. Italian Oven on Wheels

Enjoy a taste of Italy from this Myerstown based truck. They will offer a variety of pizzas (including gluten free and cauliflower crust options), cannolis, strombolis, subs, salads, and more. Learn more about this truck.

5. Mitchell’s Grill

There are some staple festival foods that everyone loves and craves, and this truck has them covered. Get your fix of fresh smash burgers, chicken on a stick, gyros, fresh cut loaded fries, and more. Learn more about this truck.
